Implantable Chip

This is the smallest implantable ISO chip for animal idenfication in the world today. Not only is this the smallest ISO chip currently available both in length and in diameter, but also the needle used to inject the chip is much smaller than the previous injector. The PICO ID chip measures 7 x 1,25mm and has a Parylene coating for antimigration

All three sizes has a Parylene coating for antimigration. It features a custom integrated circuit, coil and capacitor hermetically sealed in biocompatible glass with a unique, nonreplicable ID number. The ID chip is passive and is activated once within the readers’ electromagnetic field. The implanted chip then transmits its data to the reader within milliseconds. An adhesive with 6 labels for each number and with barcodes is delivered with each chip. Each chip is delivered preloaded in a syringe and sterilized in EO gas.
